Can I cancel my order?
If you should need to cancel your order for any reason, email me with your order number within one (1) hour of receiving your order confirmation to cancel. Any requests to cancel beyond this time I cannot guarantee cancelation or refund of your order. Please reach out if you have any questions!
Can I order off menu?
Yes! If you see something you like on my instagram (& if it’s been shot with my good camera) I’d be happy to organize a print. Please note, this type of order will incur an additional file set up fee of $25 USD & will require an extra week of production time. Email me or slide into my instagram DMs with your request.
Can I order a custom print size?
Sure! Email me with your ideal dimensions & if it’s possible I’ll send through an invoice.
I’m not based in the USA, can I order a print?
Unfortunately no, I'm only offering prints in this region at the moment. Currently working on making prints available in Australia... stay tuned!
SHIPPING & TURN AROUND TIMES
How long will it take for my print to arrive?
As prints are made to order, my print partners require 3-5 days production time. This allows prints to dry completely before being posted to you.
Expect 1-2 weeks delivery time for Standard Ground posted orders once your order has been dispatched from the printer.
In the event that an unexpected delay occurs in the print or postage stages, you will be informed asap & a new delivery time frame will be provided to you.
Shipping options
Free Standard Ground shipping (1-2 weeks delivery time).
Express post available at an additional cost.
To reduce my carbon footprint I do not offer international shipping.
Is my delivery tracked?
Yep! Once your order is sent by the printer you will receive a tracking number to stalk your package. If you haven’t received your order within 2-3 weeks of dispatch, please email me and I’ll see if I can track it down.
RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ REPLACEMENTS
Return Policy
In the rare event you’re not happy with your purchase, your print arrives damaged or something goes pear-shaped at any stage, please email me as soon as possible with photographs & a summary of the issue. I’ll do everything I can to sort it out.
Images displayed in my online print shop are intended to be a preview of the printed product. Slight variations might occur from what you see onscreen & what is printed due to factors such as different screen calibrations/brightnesses and the nature of printing.
I have invested in professional equipment & taken the necessary steps within my workflow to ensure prints reflect my vision & are as close to what is seen on my calibrated screen as possible.
I am confident the prints dispatched from my print partners are accurate, therefore refunds/ returns/ replacements will not be available for slight color/ brightness differences.
What if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged please photograph the packaging + damaged print in a well lit area and email me the pictures within 24 hours of receiving your order & I will assess what can be done.
If I don’t hear from you within the first 24 hours of delivery I will assume everything is a-ok.
What if something happens to my print after I’ve received it?
Damage caused after the first 24 hours of ownership will not be eligible for refund or replacement. This includes, but not limited to, damage caused by print mishandling, incorrect storage or during self or outsourced framing.
Once the print is in your possession it is your responsibility to keep it protected.
Please refer to the Print Care section below for best print handling practices.

PRINT CARE
Print handling
All prints are printed on plastic free, matte papers only. Although the prints are sturdy, they do require careful handling. Any matte material can scratch and scuff easily so it's important to be careful when handling your print, especially with dark images.
For best results, please follow these instructions when handling your print —
Avoid touching the surface of your print & only handle using the white borders
Wear cotton gloves if possible
Once you receive your print I advise having a quick look to check all is a-ok & either frame or send to your framer as soon as possible.
Framing
If framing without a mat board be careful not to allow glass/ acrylic glazing to rub on the surface of the print while framing is being done as this could leave marks.
To best protect your print from fading/ discoloration due to environmental factors I highly recommend framing with UV filtering glass/ acrylic glazing.
Please make sure your print is displayed/ stored in the following conditions —
Out of direct sunlight & away from liquids
In an environment with no extreme temperatures
If you have any questions please reach out via email.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
How are you reducing your environmental impact?
When setting up my print shop it was important to me to find a print partner who shared my values for creating quality, long lasting prints with the least impact on the environment possible.
My printer is committed to printing as sustainably as possible, is always looking for ways to improve their practices & are transparent about their own environmental impact journey.
Outlined below is how I’ve approached my environmental impact in this venture, with the help of my printer.
